Advantages of frying oils
- in temperature up to 220 °C frying oils are NOT BURNING
- don´t smell during cooking and frying
Advantages of frying oils compared to frying fats:
- EASILY DIGESTABLE, , nutrition value stays the same during cooking
- DON'T CONTAIN TRANS FATTY ACIDS, that are aggressive to human cells
- recommended storing: 20-24 °C
